Male Urinary incontinence

What is male urinary incontinence?

It is when you lose urine without having control. You can lose urine due to bladder overactivity or due to weakness or loss of the muscle that controls the urine outflow (sphincter)

Is there anything I can do to help my incontinence?

1- Stopping bladder irritants like coffee, tea, soda, alcohol, and citrus juices. 

2- Pelvic floor physiotherapy

Are there medications that can help my incontinence?

Some medications can relax the bladder and they can help mainly with overactivity of the bladder

Are there surgical interventions that can help my incontinence?

There are tapes and artificial sphincters that can be inserted to get your control back
